Plastic Bag Bracelet

To help reduce waste and keep it from going into landfills, Im going to show you how to create a bracelet out of plastic grocery bags

Supplies

Two plastic grocery bags

like 30min - 1hour

Step 1: Step 1

Get two plastic grocery bags

I chose these ones because the red and green will show through and were close to christmas

Step 2: Step 2

Disassemble the plastic bags into plastic sheets and then cut them into 2 in strips

Step 3: Step 3

Tie the platic strips into longer strip, and then refold them in half and twist into small ropes

Step 4: Step 4

Tie the little ropes together by 4 and then start knotting them into a bracelet here's how two ways to do that

1: tie knots around the other two on both sides and switch colors

2: twist two of the colors together on both sides, and then twist those to look like a chain

Step 5: Step 5

Tie around your wrist/ ankle and enjoy your trash bag bracelet
