Step 2: Use Scissors to Cut 2 Rubber Bands in Half

Step 3: Cut a 30 MM X 100 MM Rectangle From Felt

Step 4: Fold in Half

Step 5: Fold Again "hotdog" Style for Added Strength

Step 6: Use Scissors to Cut a Small Slit in Felt

Cut a slit on the left and right side of felt
Be careful not to cut too much
Do not cut too close to the edge

Step 7: Slip 1 End of Rubber Band Through the Slit in Felt

Step 8: Tie the Rubber Band in a Knot and Trim Excess

Step 9: Use Scissors to Cut a Sharp Angle on the Other End of Rubber Band

Step 10: Poke the Tapered Rubber Band End Through Hole in Body

Step 11: Tie Rubber Band in a Knot and Trim Excess With Scissors

Repeat steps 6-11 to other side
