Introduction: Pot Water Recycler

How to make a 3D printable water recycler for a small clay pot in Fusion 360.

Supplies

3D printer (OPTOINAL)

Step 1: Sketch the Base

Create a circle with a diameter of 177.80 mm.



Step 2: Extrude the Base

Extrude your circle 12.7mm up.



Step 3: Sketch the Inner Circle

Create a smaller circle and center on top of your extrusion with a diameter of 165.10mm.



Step 4: Extrude the Ring

Extrude the ring that the two circles create up 63.50mm.



Step 5: Sketch the Stand

Create four 25.40mm x 12.70mm rectangles on the corners, 90 degrees from each other.



Step 6: Extrude the Stand

Extrude all four rectangles up 25.40mm.



Step 7: Filet (OPTIONAL)

Filet edges as desired.



Step 8: Sketch the Hole

Create a square that is 12.70mm wide.



Step 9: Cut the Hole

Extrude (with cut operation selected) until the hole is cut.



Step 10: Sketch the Spigot

Step 8: Sketch the spigot.

Create a sketch on the bottom of the hole that you just created. Create a rectangle that is 13.208mm x 22mm.

Step 11: Extrude the Spigot

Extrude your rectangle up 14.00mm.



Step 12: Sketch the Channel

Step 10: Make the channel in your spigot

Make a rectangle with the lengths of 12.00mm high x 9.028mm wide.



Step 13: Cut the Channel

Extrude (with cut operation selected) your rectangle to cut the channel into your spigot block.

Step 14: Extrude Channel Again (OPTIONAL)

Extrude the channel even more (20mm) if a longer spigot is desired.

Step 15: Complete!

Your Pot Water Recycler is now complete!

Once printed, you can put a small clay pot inside of it as shown in the render below.
