Supplies

️ Ingredients:

• Bacon – 200–300 g (for topping only)

• 1 onion

• 1 carrot

• 3 potatoes

• Salt, pepper, smoked paprika

• Soft cream cheese – 150 g

• Cream – 200 ml

Step 1:

We start by frying the bacon and setting it aside.

Step 2:

Then, in the same pan, we sauté onion and carrot, add potatoes and spices, cover and simmer until tender.

Step 3:

Blend into a creamy texture, stir in cream cheese and cream, and serve topped with that golden, crunchy bacon
