I was looking for a router power bank but couldn't find anything in the market. Whatever power bank is available is not reliable and robust; they often boost the voltage, resulting in a loss of backup time. So, I've decided to make a power bank that delivers the proper voltage and current.

Supplies

Here is the list of materials required to build the power bank.

  1. 2.5mm MDF Sheet
  2. Battery level indicator
  3. 2000mAh, 18650 Batteries (12ns)
  4. 25Amps 3S BMS
  5. Custom PCB
  6. USB Fast Charging Module
  7. 7mm X 7mm SPDT Switches
  8. DC Connectors

Step 1: Assemble the Batteries

Arrange the batteries as shown in the image

  1. Arrange all the positive on one side and all the negative on the other side.
