Introduction: Pretty Outdoor Hanging Art

This is the perfect project if you have a lot of random leaves and sticks laying around in your backyard! It was super fun to make, and I was surprised at how pretty it turned out! You could display this backyard piece inside or out!!

Supplies

  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Scissors
  • Random Leaves, Flowers, etc.
  • A Stick in Medium Thickness and Length
  • White or Cream String

Step 1: Frame

Take a long piece of string and tie each end of the string to each end of the stick. Secure with hot glue.

Step 2: Cut

Cut pieces of string 4-5 inches long for however many backyard items you plan to hang on the stick.

Step 3: Start Hanging!

Take one end of one of your strands and hot glue it to the back of a leaf or flower. Once it has dried, glue the top end of the string to the top of the stick. Continue until you have reached the desired capacity.
