Hello Everyone,

This tutorial will guide you to stop someone from copying your data into their pen-drives without any software.

we all have our private data and we do not want anyone to copy of our data but we can't make them say no here is a simple trick by which you will make them stop from copying your data.

Step 1: Open Group Policy Editor in You Windows Machine.

if you are using windows 8 then click the "windows key + S" to open search panel and type edit group policy which will open group policy editor for you.

if you are using older version then press the "windows key + R" to open run panel and then type "gpedit.msc".

Step 2: Expand User Configuration Tab and Expand Administrative Templates.

Step 3: Expand the System Bar in Administrative Templates and Click on Removable Storage Access and Then Follow the Pic

    i tried it , it worked but when i wanted to copy i disabled it but it didn't worked

    I think the first bit on the title is not meant to be state because is not true. You enforce your system not other people system in order to block the data content to be contaminated. True?! Nice share by the way. Thanks.

    we don't want someone to copy our data from our pc so we disable write action on to usb drives in our system only!! whats wrong in it??
