This short video will show you how to block Search Engines, such as Google or Bing, from finding and listing your WordPress blog. You will do this by changing your blog privacy settings.
Why in the world would anyone want to block the Search Engines from finding their WordPress Blog?
Reason #1 It’s a demonstration blog for demonstration purposes only. You don’t want and don’t need people finding this blog and judging you based on a blog they were never meant to see.
Reason #2 You have NOT officially launched your blog. It’s still under development and you don’t want anyone to see it till you’re ready to show them.
When you want people to find your blog, just “unblock” it from the Search Engines by reversing the simple steps shown in this video.
