This video is for Probably the Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe on the Planet. It's probably the best because I keep the recipe simple and it has been a great crowd pleaser thus far. Step 1: Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Step 2: Cream Butter & Sugars

Whisk together flour, salt and baking soda in a medium mixing bowl and set aside. Then with a hand mixer in a large mixing bowl or in a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, cream butter and sugars together until pale and fluffy.

Step 3: Add Eggs and Other Wonderful Stuff.

Add the eggs and mix until well incorporated. Toss in vanilla pudding mix (really optional) and vanilla.

Step 4: Add Flour Mixture

Add the flour mixture and chocolate chips, mix together until dough forms.

Step 5: Make and Bake

Spoon dough onto baking sheets using your desired scoop or spoon and bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes.

Step 6: Cool and Eat All
