Problem in Converting Word Doc to PDF in MS Office 2007

This step by step procedure will show you how to convert a Word doc to pdf in office 2007. This is quite easy if all options are present in your ms word. If not, then you have to do few steps more. Here is the full guide for doing all those thing. please follow the steps. 

Step 1: Open the Word Document to Convert

Open a Word document you want to convert in PDF. See the image bellow 

Step 2: Go to Office ICON and Save As Menu

Take your mouse pointer to the Top left corner and click the OFFICE ICON. From the menu go to SAVE AS ITEM

Step 3: IF You See the "PDF or XPS" Item Click It

After reaching Save AS menu, if you find the option "PDF or XPS" option click it. 

Step 4: Save the File, File Will Be Converted to PDF, If You Don't Find "pdf or Xps" in Save As Menu Proceed From Step 5

Save the file where you want. After saving the file will automatically opened in PDF format. If not you open it manually. 

Step 5: Type "word to Pdf Save" or "saveaspdf.exe Download" in Google

If you don't find the "PDF or xps" in Save As menu our have to down load a file name saveaspdf.exe from internet. 
You have to type the keyword "save as pdf word" or "saveaspdf.ext download" in Google. 

Step 6: Click the First Link Which Is Microsoft Link

After typing keyword in Google, click the first microsoft link to download the saveaspdf.exe file

Step 7: Click Download

Step 8: Click the First Option and Then Click "next"

Click the first option among three and click "next". 

Step 9: You Download Will Be Started Automatically, If Not Click the Link "Click Here"

Your download will be started automatically. If not you click the link named "click here". Be sure that the downloading file name is "SaveAsPDF.exe"

Step 10: Install the File "SaveasPDF.exe"

After downloading the file install the file in your PC. 

Step 11: After Successful Installation Your Will Find the "PDF or XPS" Option in Save As Menu

Click the "PDF or XPS" item in Save As menu and save the file where you want.
