Introduction: Pulley System

These are the supplies needed for the pulley system lifted by a wheel and axel.

  • 4 Thumb Tacks
  • Dental Floss
  • 2 Different Sized Bottle Caps
  • Scissors
  • Lighter
  • Rock

Step 1: Attach String to Rock

This part is easier with an uneven rock, I wrap it around several times then tie it off.

Step 2: Put in 3/4 Thumb Tacks in the Wall It the Positioning You Want

Step 3: Trim Bottle Caps (if Needed)

I had to trim/burn down the caps to fit the tack.

Step 4: Add Holes to Both Caps

I heated up the plastic and used a thumb tack to punch the hole.

Step 5: Stringing All of It Together

I threaded the string through the holes so that one cap would inside the other and the middle cap would be the anchor. For the end of the string i melted the cap and had the cap melt around the string.
