Introduction: Quick Bacon Poutine
From Wikipedia:
Poutine is a diner staple that originated in Quebec and can now be found across Canada. It is sold by national and international fast food chains, in small "greasy spoon" type diners (commonly known as "cantines" or "casse-croûtes" in Quebec) and pubs, as well as by roadside chip wagons (commonly known as "cabanes à patates", literally meaning "potato shacks"). International chains like McDonald's, A&W, KFC and Burger King also sell mass-produced poutine in Canada. Atypically, the dish may include additional ingredients such as lobster meat, rabbit confit, caviar, and truffles.
Here is our recipe:

1 Cup of chicken gravy
4 cups of french fries
8 ounces of cheese curds
4 oucnes of bacon (4 strips)
Step 1: Step #1 - Fry the French Fries
I usually only use canola oil when frying potatoes, but you're welcome to use whatever you like.
Step 2: Step #2 - Fry the Bacon
Everything is just a little better when you add bacon, even ice cream. While your bacon is cooking, put you gravy in a sauce pan and start cooking it on medium low.
Step 3: Step #3 - Survey the Ingrediants
You should have your fries and bacon cooked and your gravy should be slightly simmering.
Step 4: Step #4 - Start Stacking
Stack stacking your fries like you would bon fire wood.
Step 5: Step #5 - Add the Cheese
Break up and sprinkle the cheese over the fry pile.
Step 6: Step #6 - Sprinkle the Bacon
Break up and sprinkle the bacon pieces over the top of the pile.
Step 7: Step #7 - Add the Gravy
While the gravy is hot pour it over the top of the pile.
