Quick Cupcake

Hello everyone! ^_^ Here's a very simple and quick easy recipe for CUPCAKE.

This recipe is originally from our favorite Manga called "Kitchen Princess"- miyuki Kobayashi & Natsumi Ando.

Step 1: Ingredients

- 150g instant Hot Cake (original recipe is 200g)
- 3 tbs White Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 150 cc MILK ~~~~* Extra- Nutella/ melt chocolate (for decoration)

Step 2: Tools

- measuring Cup
- wisk
- mixing Bowl
- container (for the hot cake flour)
- small paper Cups
- Microwave

Step 3: Weight Hot Cake

Weight your Hot Cake 150g or 200g.

Step 4: Mixing

1. Add in the Egg+ milk + sugar, into the mixing bowl.
2. And mix it well

Step 5: Hot Cake Flour

3. Add in the hot cake mixture and mix it Slowly until it nice and smooth.

Step 6: Fill the Cup

4. Pour in the mixture in to the paper cup "HALF" a cup or less.
* don't fill it to much because the mixture will spread out* ^_^

Step 7: Microwave It

5. Put inside the microwave for 4 -5minutes.
6. Use a toothpick to check your cupcake is ready or not.
" don't microwave it too long because it will turn hard to eat"

Step 8: Decoration

You can add, cream, fruits or Nutella chocolate to add extra flavors in the cupcake.
