Supplies

Ingredients:

• 600 g cucumbers

• 1 onion

• 4–5 garlic cloves

• 1 tbsp grainy mustard

• 2 tbsp sugar

• 1 tsp salt

• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

• ½ tsp coriander

• Optional: turmeric, allspice, black pepper

Step 1:

Slice cucumbers into rounds and place in a container with a lid. Add all ingredients, mix well, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours. That’s it! Crisp, tangy, and super easy!
