Introduction: RC Car Manufactured on 3D Printer
Because I know how to work in professional programs Tinkercad and Autodesk Inventor and I like these programs and they are the most convenient and simple. And we with children already knew how to model as all last year I taught them to it, and still to us this year bought two 3D-printers. And we decided to do some project on a 3D printer. This project was an RC car. Since there were 6 kids, each kid would take 1 to 2 pieces to model them and then we would improve or finish them all together.
Supplies
3D-printer.
Tinkercad accounts.
Autodesk Inventor Professional 2019 accounts.
Plastic.
Bolts and nuts.
Step 1: Creation of the Machine Chassis.
We started with the creation of the chassis of this machine. We did it in class, so it didn't take long.

Step 2: The Upper Part of the Chassis.
The battery is attached to this part and there is a switch underneath.

Step 3: Supports of the Upper Frame and Supports of the Case.
To assemble the machine parts you will need:
6 bolts ;
parts from steps: 1; 2; 3.
Parts 3; 4; 7; 8; 9; with the bolts twirl in the 1 detal.
On details 7; 8; 9; 10 put detail 2.
On detail 2; put an details 5; 6.
From above screw in the details 7; 9 bolts.
Step 4: Gears.
Gears and several other parts we made in Tinkercad.
Step 5: The Rear Part With the Engine.
To assemble the machine parts you will need:
6 bolts.
Put part 2; 3 on part 1 and bolt them to part 1.
To detail 2; 3 twirl detail 4.
Step 6: Wheels.
I like the way these wheels look. They turned out very well.
Step 7: Steering Part of the Car.
To assemble the machine parts you will need:
6 bolts;
4 of the bearing.
To part 1 screw the part 2 by means of bolts.
To part 2, screw part 3; 4 with the bottom bolts.
Between part 2 and 3; 4 put the spring and tighten the top bolt.
In parts 3; 4 insert on two bearing.
Step 8: The Car Is Almost Assembled.
Although all the details were printed, we still had a lot of work to do, but we already liked the look of this car.
Step 9: Suspension.
We thought for a long time how to make a suspension on this car and how to fix the rear of the chassis and decided to saw off a small part of the Saw on the metal and got an elastic suspension. And in front we put a spring between the frame and the fist.
Step 10: The Car Is Assembled.
When we started assembling the car, we had difficulties, we didn't know where to get the tires, engine, steering and radio control . Well, the father of one of the children was engaged in radio-controlled cars and helped us find where to buy these parts.
This is our first work that we have printed on a 3D printer, and if you have any ideas how to improve this machine, then write them in the comments.
