Supplies

white cardboard, blue craft paper, rope, glue, scissors

Step 1: Cut:

Cut the cloud shape from the white cardboard. If you don't have a white cardboard, you can use a box. Cut the cloud shape from the box and paint it with a white acrylic or spray paint.

Step 2: Raindrops:

Cut the raindrops from the blue craft paper. I use craft paper because craft paper is easy to cut. But you can use a box or any cardboard for it. And paint it blue.

Step 3: Place:

Place the raindrops neatly at the under of the cloud.

Step 4: Glue:

Glue the rope to the raindrops. Glue the ends of the thread to the cloud. If you want to use it double-sided, glue the raindrops and the cloud on the rope, after gluing the rope.

Step 5: Cut 2:

If you are going to use it on one side, cut off the excess parts of the rope. I used it on one side, hung it on the wall.

Step 6: Glue 2:

To hang the decor on the wall, glue a loop-shaped string to the top of the cloud.

Step 7: Ready:

The rainy cloud room decor is ready. I did not specify any dimensions. You can do it in any size you want.
