Introduction: Raspberry Triple Crumble Cake
This sweet berry dessert is refreshing and pavan be served with cold vanilla ice cream
Step 1: Crumble
For the crumble
Grab a medium bowl and wooden spoon
Measure 1 cup oats-do not use instant oats because instant oats contain sugar and it will be a very sugary treat!
Pour the oats into the bowl together with1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon

Step 2: Berry Delight
In a large bowl mix together 5 cups raspberries or frozen berries
Together mix 1/4 cup sugar
Also set aside

Step 3: Cake
Mix together 1 and 1/4 cup flour In a large bowl
Add to the same bowl 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tbs baking powder
Measure 1 cup milk and 2 tsp vanilla extract
Add an egg and combine cake batter with mixer

Step 4: Layering
Oil a pan or spray with non stick cooking spray
Start by pouring in the cake batter- I found it best to use a rubber spatula to grab all the batter
Pour in the berry mixture
Notice the berries will sink into the cake
Add the oats by sprinkling or pouring on the cake
I found that pouring the oats on the cake and hoping they are evenly distributed

Bake the cake at 350 degree for 20 minutes
Cool and enjoy with a spoon of ice cream
