I'm a huge Brony, but I'm also a complete psychopath, so I look at Hasbro's pictures, and see this.

Here's how I got what was in my demented little mind onto paper.

Step 1: Trace the Starting Image

I used a picture of Rainbow Dash.

Trace as much as you need.

I didn't trace the wings because I don't like how they're drawn, and I'm going to do something special with them.

Step 2: Starting the Vision

Sometimes just drawing random lines does some good.

These lines I drew will help to keep me focused on the final vision.

DOn't be afraid to erase! Mistakes are never really mistakes, they're platforms to perfection. :3

I repositioned the front left leg to have a more dangling look.

I started by drawing a 3 jointed birds wing, and outlining where the feathers would reach.

Then I started the feathers, starting on the inside and working two rows of little pointed ovals.

The second wing took a little more work because I wanted a more loose, half folded look.

I started with fraying the feathers on the wings.

I added more wires on her face and tail, and added some intestine leaking from her gut.

I colored the pupil, and lines by the wires on her body to simulate scratches.

Now the wires took some effort. I drew X's and I's in pattern on all of the lines I wanted to be barbed wire.

Adding blood!

I added the cutie mark, an touched up the wing and mouth.

How morbid.
