Introduction: Recipe for Buttermilk Pancakes

  • Ingredients -
  • 9 7/8 ounces of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 600 ml of buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 oz of butter ( melted)
  • 3 1/3 fl oz of vegetable oil

Step 1: Dry Ingredients Mixed Up

You mix all the dry ingredients together. So like the flour, baking soda, baking powder, the sugar and the salt.

Step 2: Mix Up the Dry and Liquid Ingredients

Second, you put the liquid ingredients in. So you would put eggs (beaten), buttermilk, vanilla extract, butter(melted), and vegetable oil.

Step 3: Put Oil on Pan

Third, you put the vegetable oil on the pan. Only put a little bit.

Step 4: Frying Time !

Fourth, you put the batter of the buttermilk pancakes on the pan and let it cook for 3-4 minuets.

Step 5: Flip the Pancake

Fifth you flip the pancake after the 3-4 minuets and do the same thing.

Step 6: Enjoy Time!

Finally you have a nice pancake. You can put any kind of topping on the pancake.
