Introduction: Recycled Baseball Bracelet

Hello! Today we are going to make a super cute bracelet made from recycled baseballs!

Supplies

  1. an old baseball
  2. seam ripper
  3. a small square of felt
  4. a button
  5. a new hair bungie
  6. scissors
  7. thread
  8. sewing needle

Step 1: Remove Skin From Baseball

Use seam ripper to cut along the seams of an old baseball.

Step 2: Sew on the Button

sew on a button to one side of the piece of baseball. Don't forget to tie a knot!

Step 3: Cut Felt to Fit

trace around on felt, then cut out!

Step 4: Attach Felt Backing


attach felt and sew around the baseball piece, using the holes that are there already!

Step 5: Install the Clasp

make a slit on the opposite side of the baseball piece, and tie the hair bungie on!

Step 6: You're All Done!

Enjoy your new bracelet! If you want to, you can paint the bracelet with acrylic craft paint, but make sure to use only a thin layer!
