Uh... grind the rice with what, exactly? My mortar and pestle? Does this recipe require a grain grinder or something???

I can't eat common flours due to my gluten-free diet, so I'm always using other grains instead. If I grind rice the way you describe in here, could it be used for baking bread? And, how should I store it to keep it as fresh as possible? Thank you!

I have grind the rice when it is 90 % dry and has little moisture in it. To make the Fried Rice Flour Rings, the rice flour should have a little moisture content so used the flour right away after grinding.

In order to store the rice flour,

    * In a wide skillet add the the rice flour and dry roast it by stirring continuously keeping on a low to medium heat. Be careful not to burn the flour.

    * Once the flour is completely dry and cool down store it in a air tight container in refrigerator.(If needed u can sift again)

Now the flour you can be used for baking needs.

    Sorry for delayed reply.

    Thank you!
