Rocket Launcher (Potato Canon)

Hello Guys ,

We are back again with a new project named as "Potato Canon"

Step 1: Parts

4.5 Feets ( 2 inch Pipe )

1.5 to 2 Feets ( 4 inch Pipe )

4 inch to 2 inch Reducer

4 inch pipe clean out

Gas Lighter

Any Flamable gas

Step 2: Markings

Firstly Mark the area which we want to cut . Mark It with the help of A paper Or any other thing

Tip - Marking should be done in proper manner so that Everything Will work fine

Step 3: Cutting the Area

Then Cut the 2 inch pipe and then the other piece of 4 inch pipe

Tip - Prefer to do it with cutting machine or dremel . Handle it sensitively

Step 4: Washing

Wash Each and every Element So That any particle does not act like a barrier in our project

Then Wipe it with a microfiber cloth Hardly . And check out that Water does not left on the surface

Step 5: Putting Reducer

Make the end of 4 inch pipe rough with help of cutting scale or anything

So that the reducer can make friction

Put the reducer on the end of surface Before Putting Reducer apply some Cement on the rough end

It is because Cement act like a bonding agent in Between them

Step 6: Placing Gas Lighter

Drill a hole For Your Gas Lighter (Drill that much hole so that your lighter can be easily fixed )

Tip - Do it with a Drill Machine which have a scale fixed in it

Then just put a layer of tape around the whole so that the force which lighter put can be easily handled by the pipe

Step 7: Joining Pipes

Join The 2 inch Pipe with Reducer ( Firstly Make the end rough and apply some cement so that it can make a good bond)

Then apply some tape around it

After that put an extra layer of Pipe at Joints and again put a layer of tape on it

After that Close one end of 4 inch pipe with The cap

Step 8: Heating the Cement

Put a lamp or give time to canon for making the bond strong After Some days when the cement become dry

Make the end of 2 inch pipe Sharp that when we put potato it can easily be cut and become easily compressed

Step 9: Lets Rock !

After 2-3 Days it is ready to Rock n Roll

We have made it in just ₹550 (INR)
