Rocking Granny Wolf

I had seen the "Rocking Granny" animated prop and wished to take it a step further. Imagine if the Wolf got to granny and was waiting on the porch for Lil' Red to show up. That is the basis of my design. The kids loved it, were scared by it, and were intrigued by it. It was a big hit! First two videos show it in action and the third and fourth show the mechanism.

Step 1: Mechanism

This shows the rocking mechanism created by the wiper motor. For this video I had taken off the head so the rocking motion is not as good as with the head on. The added weight adds more motion.
