Plastic baseball
PVC pipe
Cup that your ball will not fit in
Sharpie
Duct tape (yello)

Step 2: Put Ball in Cup

Sounds easy enough

Step 3: Attach Ball to Cup

Attach with yellow duct tape

Step 4: Attach Pole to Cup

Again with duct tape

Step 5: Decorate
