Introduction: Rotating Lottery Machine 福引抽獎機

This is a restoration of the lottery machine that often appears in Japanese programs, called the lucky draw machine, the lucky draw machine, the Japanese lottery draw machine, the rotary lottery machine, the lucky draw machine, the Arai-style draw machine...... etc.

The usage method is as follows: Put a lot of balls of different colors in it first, and when you meet the conditions of the lottery, you can make a circle, and the different ones that fall out will be drawn to different prizes. The rotation is directional, and no ball will fall if you turn the wrong side.

Usually the white ball is not winning, red, yellow, blue, etc. are different prizes. Most of them are used in sweepstakes.

This product refers to the Fu Yin machine and has an improved design. It can be disassembled and assembled, so it is convenient to carry.

Product size: length 203mm, width 96mm, height 216.5mm (rotation height) Material: 3mm dense bottom plate (any 3mm thick plate can be used)

When assembling, you need to prepare white glue, utility knife, and dovetail clip by yourself.

Use a 3mm plate and put it into a laser cutting machine for processing. Because the plate has a thickness tolerance, if the plate is too thick, you can use sandpaper to process it.

This design can be used normally as long as the beads with a diameter of about 10mm are used!

這是一個還原出常出現在日本節目中的抽獎機,叫做搖式抽獎機、福引機、日式抽獎機、旋轉抽獎機、福引き、新井式回転抽選器......等。

使用方法如下:先在裡面放入很多不同顏色的球,當滿足抽獎條件時可以轉一圈,掉出的不同的求代表抽到不同的獎品。 旋轉有方向性,如果轉錯邊不會掉出任何球。

通常白球是沒中獎,紅色、黃色、藍色等等是不同的獎項。 大都使用在抽獎活動上。

本產品參考福引機並改良設計,可以拆裝,所以方便攜帶。

產品大小:長203mm,寬96mm,高216.5mm(旋轉高度) 材質:3mm密底板(可以使用任何3mm厚的板材)

組裝時需要自行準備白膠、美工刀、燕尾夾。

使用3mm的板材,放入雷射切割機加工,因為板材有厚度公差,如果遇到板材過厚,可以使用砂紙進行處理。

本設計只要使用直徑約10mm的珠珠即可以正常使用!

Step 1: Open the File

Please open the DWG or DXF file by AUTOCAD or any software you can open it.

That is opensourse.you can see everything on it.

If you need ,you could change it by youself.

If you just want to cut it down,please see next step.

Step 2: Open the File in to Your Laser Machine.

如果只是要進行切割,這裡有4份檔案,皆使用200mm*300mm*3t的板材,以下是檔案說明:

搖獎機本體

SL2.0-1.dxf

SL2.0-2.dxf

因為我使用200*300的板材,下方的檔案是因為擺不下而切的檔案,只要選取切3片下來就好,放9塊是為了不浪費板材

SL2.0-3.dxf

下面的檔案是為了切完之後可以方便拿起來,所以都沒有切斷,都有一些地方是連起來的,切好之後再用手掰斷即可。其餘都和SL2.0-1.dxf、SL2.0-2.dxf相同。

SL_2.0-1_nocut

SL_2.0-2_nocut.dxf

下面的檔案是用3mm的透明的壓克力板材去切,使用這些零件可以讓看到裡面機構作動的情形

SL_2.0-4_YE.dxf

以上是使用木板來切割,可以完整組出一台

以下是使用壓克力來切割,可以用透明壓克力來切割,這樣可以看到內部機構運轉狀況

如果使用的板材不是3mm,請根據使用的板材大小進行微調,請見下一個步驟

If you just want to cut, here are 4 files, all of which use 200mm*300mm*3t plates. The following is the file description:

Because I use a 200*300 board, the file below is cut because it can’t fit. Just choose to cut 3 pieces and put 9 pieces to avoid wasting the board.

The files below are for easy picking up after cutting, so they are not cut off, and some places are connected. After cutting, you can break it by hand. The rest are the same as SL2.0-1.dxf and SL2.0-2.dxf.

The file below is cut with a 3mm transparent acrylic sheet. Using these parts, you can see the movement of the mechanism inside.

The above is to use wood to cut, you can make a complete set


The following is to use acrylic to cut, you can use transparent acrylic to cut, so you can see the internal mechanism operation

If the board used is not 3mm, please make fine adjustments according to the size of the board used, please see the next step

Step 3: 確認與調整檔案

因板材有公差問題,雷切也有加工公差,故請依照實際板材厚度與雷切加工公差進行調整

比如:我使用約3.2+-0.05mm的木板,而我雷切加工的公差,平均會讓切割線多0.1的厚度,凹槽有兩條切割線,所以3mm的凹槽約會變寬成3.2mm。

請調整所有檔案內,凹槽的部分,本步驟附贈一個範例檔案,將凹槽尺寸設定為2.95

如果板材厚度沒有太嚴重,只需要修改"SL_2.0-1.dxf"、"SL_2.0-4_YE_295.dxf"這個檔案就行

如果板材厚度差異過大(比如2.6mm或是3.5mm),請自行將所有的凹槽進行修改

也可以等切出來之後,感覺太緊或太鬆再進行這個步驟的調整

如果感覺沒甚麼問題,這個步驟可先跳過

備註:檔名備註"nocut",意思為該檔案有調整成有幾處地方未切斷,為了使切割完成後好拿起,之後在用力掰斷即可。

For example: I use a wood board of about 3.2+-0.05mm, and the tolerance of my laser cutting process will increase the thickness of the cutting line by 0.1 on average. The groove has two cutting lines, so the 3mm groove will be widened to 3.2mm. .

Please adjust the part of the groove in all files. A sample file is attached to this step. Set the groove size to 2.95

If the thickness of the sheet is not too serious, you only need to modify the files "SL_2.0-1.dxf" and "SL_2.0-4_YE_295.dxf"

If the thickness difference of the plate is too large (such as 2.6mm or 3.5mm), please modify all the grooves yourself

You can also wait until it is cut out, and it feels too tight or too loose before making adjustments in this step.

If you feel that there is no problem, you can skip this step first

Remarks: The file name remarks "nocut", which means that the file has been adjusted so that it has not been cut in several places. In order to make it easier to pick up after the cut is completed, it can be broken off forcefully afterwards.

Step 4: 丟入雷切機進行切割Put the Flies Into Lazer Machine

每一台雷射切割機使用方法不同,在此以FLUX的機器為例

Step 5: 切割

將檔案和板材丟入雷射切割機裡面進行切割

由於每種機器使用方法都不同,此步驟以自己的機器為準

本範例使用200mm*300mm*3t的板材,共3片多一點

如果要做透明機構,請記得用壓克力板材去切割"SL_2.0-4_YE.dxf"檔案,板材大小一樣是200mm*300mm*3t

Step 6: 組裝Assemble

請參考這份PDF的步驟進行組裝

組裝時如果板材太厚導致組裝困難,請使用砂紙打磨

如果太薄導致組裝過鬆,請再結合面塗上一些膠水,乾掉後會增加一點厚度

或是如果不打算拆掉的話,直接黏死也可以
