Introduction: SMALL TRANSPORT CART- VARIANT 2

My friend saw a small truck, which I initially did. He asked me, if I would do like his wife. It has a large greenhouse. Trolley would need to shifting flowers or other small things. This has resulted in CART VARIANT 2. I used materials, which people usually discarded. When you look at the initial state materials, they look very bad. However, for this produces a quality product with a minimum cost. Why would totally destroy useful material. It's my way of thinking, and I call home mode transformation. Changing from one form to another on the way home recovery.

Step 1: MATERIAL:

Step 2: 2.PROCESS:

After the above principles, I got almost all the material, but excluding screws, paint, adhesives and liquid to neutralize the rust.

Step 3: 3.PREPARATION WORK

3.1.This is one of the most important parts of the manufacturing of the product. Imagine what the product, prepare your material, workplace, machines, devices, in short everything you need.

3.2.The first I prepared a simple scraper to remove paint on wood surfaces. I went to glazier that I cut up pieces of glass, which could no longer be used. Step 4: 4.PRODUCTION

4.2.To wooden surfaces better looking, I have burned with a gas burner. This is a very good and easy way to brighten your look and emphasize the wood structure.

4.3.Handlebar of scooter I first stuck with glue for wood. To fix the position of glue, I used an elastic tie.

4.4.Colour and oxidized sites on the metal parts I removed the Angle Grinder with fan grinding attachment and a wire brush, which I mount the drill.

4.5.Picture 15 shows once cleaned and painted parts.

4.6.In curved metal plate and wooden part I bore 3 holes for screws M6. The diameter of the holes was 6.5 mm fi is easier to edit.

4.7.I fix with 3 screws M 6 x 35 mm with washers and nuts.

4.8.In 2 piece corner profile, and a metal plate 6 I bore holes fi 6,5 mm for M6 screws.

4.9.In flat plate and angular profile I bore 4 holes for screws M6. Plate and profiles are fixed with 4 pcs screws M6 x 15 mm with washers and nuts.

4.10.Handlebar of scooter reinforced with Al sheet. I drilled 3 holes for screws M6 x 35 mm.

4.11.Wheels I mounted so that I have the angular profile lined rectangular profile, axis I fixed with metal plates. Attachment of the 2 + 2-x M6 bolts and nuts of 40 mm with a spacer.

4.12.For stability of the wheelchair, I used a piece of 2 feet from the couch. The flat bottom plate, I bore two holes fi 6,5 mm. The legs while I mounted with 2 pcs screws M5 x 120 mm. For every screw I used a 3 piece nut and washer.
