Introduction: Sabudana Khichadi
Sabudana khichdi is a very light snack. It is very tasty,delicious and energetic dish.
It"s a complete meal,with nuts, fibers. and all nutrition.
Step 1:
INGREDIENTS::-
1.Cut and chopped onions (half onion),
2.Cut and chopped green chillies (3-4 in number),
3.Cut and chopped green coriander leaves,
4.Fried groundnuts/peanuts (2 tablespoons),
5. Salt - 1 tea spoon.
6.turmeric powder- 1/2 tea spoon
7.Sabudana (Sago)- 2cups soaked in water for 2 hours
8.Oil- 1 tsp
Step 2:
Method;--
1.Heat pan
2.Put 1 tsp oil in pan.
3.put 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seed) in it
4.wait till it becomes brown
Step 3:
Now put chopped onions,green chillies, in pan after cumin seeds become brown.
Add fried ground nuts in it
Step 4:
Now put salt and turmeric powder in it and mix well
Step 5:
now mix sago in this pan and mix all the ingredients'
now cover the pan with lid (cover)
keep mixing in between.
remove pan from heat.
Step 6:
Now put chopped coriander leaves in it and mix well.
Now your delicious Sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.
Serve it in a plate ....eat it ...and ENJOY!!!

Looks good! Pardon my ignorance, but I live in the states and don't know what groundnuts are, or Sabudana (Sago). Can you describe them a little more?

Groundnuts are peanuts. and i cant find a name other than sago for sabudana
