Step 1: How to Make Scribble Art
so to make scribble art, first you just scribble all over a piece of paper.
Step 2: Coloring
Then you color in some of the loops in the scribble with many different colors. And no same color can be touching. For example, blue cannot be touching blue. Then sign your name in the bottom right-hand corner and you are done.
