Introduction: Secured Entry System for Restricted Area Surrounded With Water

We all have seen many types of security systems like voice or face recognition-based door lock, password-based locker, and what not! These types of systems are very common. And they will not work at such a restricted place or place which needs a lot of security, which is on another side of a river. Which only has a bridge as a way to go there.

So to overcome this situation, I have made a project, which is “Secured Entry System for a restricted area surrounded by water,” and it keeps a secure entry to this place. This is a password-based security system. In this system, every person will be given a specific password, which will change from time to time, in such a way in which google authenticator works. When a person gives a valid password on the keyboard, the bridge will get connected with each other, and then the person can cross the bridge. After reaching the other side, one of the security guards will have to type another password to disconnect the bridge, and that password will never change. When that person wants to return to normal bridge another different password will come to his/her mobile phone like google authenticator works. Now, after returning to the normal riverbank, the security guard at the normal river bank will have to type another fixed password to disconnect the bridge so that another person can go to the restricted river bank. And the same process will be repeated.

Step 1: The Scientific Principle Involved

1.We are taking passwords as input from the keyboard.

2.Connect and disconnect the bridge using a servo motor.

3.Fixing the bridge using a servo motor.

1. Servo Motor

2. Keyboard

3. Raspberry Pi Model B4

4. Jumper Cables

5. Glue Gun

6. Monitor to see if we are typing the correct password or not

Step 5: Conclusion/ Advantages

So, with the help of this project, we can make a restricted area like the river bank safe and secured. And we can have a secured entry and exit.
