Seed Bead Bracelet

How might we instruct our elders to make a beaded bracelet, using beads and pliers, so that they can stay occupied during their free time?

Supplies

• Seed beads (multicolor)
• Elastic string
• Crimps (to finish off bracelet)
• Magnetic clasps
• Jump rings
• Pliers

Step 1: Tie Off Beginning of Bracelet

• Tie a knot on your string and use the crimps to go on your knot (squish with pliers)
• Add magnetic clasp to the end of the crimp (tighten with pliers)
• NOTE: IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO TIE A KNOT LOOK FOR A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE

Step 2: String the Beads

• Start beading your bracelet
• Get creative and make your own pattern

Step 3: Tie Off End of Bracelet

• Once your done beading, repeat step #1 at the other end of the bracelet (knott and crimp, squish with pliers)
• Attach it to the other end of the magnetic clasp (tighten with pliers)
