Introduction: Shevaya Rabadi
This is a delicious sweet dish that can be eaten as a dessert.
Supplies
- A quart of Milk
- Vermicelli / Shevaya
- 1 teaspoon Ghee(butter)
- 1 cup Condensed Milk
- Sugar as per taste
- Kesar
- 1 Teaspoon Cardamom
- Dry fruits(Optional)
Step 1:
Stirring the milk until it becomes a bit thicker.
Step 2:
Meanwhile break the vermicelli
Step 3:
Put 1 teaspoon of ghee in the pan then add the vermicelli and mix well, next add 1/2 cup of water and mix well, then add condensed milk and mix, finally add cardamom powder and mix well.
Step 4:
Take the vermicelli and put it in a mold to creat any shape you.
Step 5:
Add kesar to the milk and stir, then add sugar and mix until it becomes thick and yellow.
Step 6:
Take your new made vermicelli mold and add the sweet dessert. You can add dry fruits on it if you would like.
