This at its core is a negative ion generator. It can be used to charge your body with electricity and shock anyond just by touching them.

Step 1: Remove Casing

Use a small screwdriver to remove the shell and leave just the circuit board.

Step 2: Add 2 Wires

One to the white output and the other to the GND Pin by the USB

Step 3: Attach to a USB Source

Plug into a USB charger

Step 4: Attach the Wires

Connect the output wire to the bottom of your shoe and the other to your skin.

Step 5: Shock Your Friends!

Now touch people and watch them run.
