It's just an alarm for beginners on electronics to practice. Whenever given power supply it will generate sound according as the frequency for which it is designed. The frequency depends on the capacitor values and the resistance.

Step 2: Circuit
Just connect all the parts as shown in the circuit...
Step 3: Complete Alarm
Just connect your batteries and speaker and it will start to generate sound. Thank you
