Simple Cobra Knot or Weave

Step 1: You'll Need

• any color of paracord

• lighter

• scissors (to cut your cord and the excess cord)

Step 2: First

Lay out the cord straight

Step 3: Second

Make a big loop from the middle and keep the other cords straight

Step 4:

Then your going to take the left string and lay it over the loop keeping a little loop

Step 5:

So by now it should look like this

Step 6:

Next take the right string and lay it over the string you just put over the loop

Step 7:

Next your putting that string UNDER the big loop

Step 8:

Make sure it stays under the big loop

Step 9:

So now it is under the big loop

Step 10:

After you put that string under the big loop put it through the bottom of the small loop

Step 11:

Then tighten but do it carefully and keep the big loop pretty big

Step 12:

Then tighten till your happy

And it should look like this

Now take the right string and set it over the big loop

Step 15:

Now set the left string over the string you just put over the loop

Step 16:

Then put that string UNDER the big loop

Step 17:

And take that same string and put it through the bottom of the small loop and carefully tighten

Step 18:

And it should look like this

Your going o do this multiple times till the loop on the very bottom is pretty small

Then when your happy with it pick up your scissors

Step 24:

Cut of the excess string pretty close to whole thing

Step 25:

After you cut of the string get your lighter

Step 26: Finally

And light the string just for a second until it gets warm and starts to turn clear then STOP it will catch on fire then let it cool

And walla after you get use to it you can do it fast and they turn out great even in the car. And you can even mix string in there to
