Introduction: Simple and Healthy Ice Lolly Cherry, Banana and Lemon

Today I want to share this ice lolly that I did only with fruits. At first I have to say that I don't use cherries, the fruit that I use is a sweeter variant than the cherries. In Spanish are called "picotas". Other thing, is better if the banana are ripe because it is sweeter.

Step 1: Ingredients and Tools

  • 15-20 cherries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lemon or orange
  • Juicer
  • Blender
  • Ice lolly moulds
  • Sugar (opcional)

Step 2: Prepare the Cherries

It's important to wash well the cherries and remove the stone. I cut around the cherry with a sharp knife, don't use a serrated knife. When the cut it's done, catch every part with one hand and rotate. Finally, pick up the cherry stone.

Step 3: Prepare for the Blender

Cut the banana in little pieces like in the picture. Squeeze the lemon and put it in the bowl of the blender. Only a little will be enough.

Step 4: Beat

Put the lemon juice, cherries and banana. Test it and you can also put a little spoon of sugar if your fruit is very bitter. Beat it all.

Step 5: Moulds

Pour the mixture in the moulds and put it in the freezer.

Step 6: Done!

One tip for demolding, insert a knife around the edge.
