Introduction: Simple IPad Case (FedEx Supplies)

Here is an easy to make case for your iPad, using some "free" supplies from a well known courier service.  You can use the iPad while it is in the case. It is not padded but it should protect your device from light scratches.

Note: Use this case at your own risk. This case is meant for amusement purposes only and the amount of protection it provides should not be tested, at risk of any damage to your iPad.  Also, please do not take advantage and abuse the amount of the complimentary shipping supplies. Thanks.

Step 1: Supplies

Supplies list:
1 Clear, adhesive waybill pouch (with resealable zipper)
1 Large Tyvek envelope

Step 2: Apply Pouch to Envelope

Apply the clear pouch to the envelope. Try to affix it as smoothly as possible, flattening out any air bubbles.

Note: If you want to the back of the case to be white, apply the pouch to the printed side. If you want the case to have the logo on the back, cut open the envelope and apply the pouch to the white side.

Step 3: Trim

Trim the excess material from around the pouch material, being careful not to cut the seams from the pouch.

Step 4: Finished Case (white Back)

Slide your iPad into the case and seal the zipper.

Step 5: Finished Case (logo Back)
