Introduction: Skateboard

According to the actual proportion of skateboard, I independently completed the modeling of simulation skateboard with detailed modeling and complete components.

Supplies

The joint of slide plate is fine in structure and the pulley is modeled in detail. It is composed of multiple parts and has bearings.

Step 1: Detailed Modeling of Soft Pad on Skateboard Surface

Function: beautify the skateboard board

① Main mat modeling details: drag into a cuboid, set its parameters to 110.90*30.00*0.30 .

② Side pad modeling details: drag into a dome, place it horizontally and set its parameters to 30.57*12.99*0.45

Then rotate it 22.5° in the vertical plane. It is then copied and rotated 180° in the horizontal plane. Finally, the three parts are aligned and combined. The assembly is set to white.

Step 2: Skateboard Homemade LOGO Modeling Details

Components: claw LOGO, plague LOGO, personal LOGO

Function: beautify the skateboard board

① Claw LOGO modeling details: drag in 5 wedges and 23 cuboids to elongate deformation and combination to form claw shape, finally the combination of the parts, the combination will be set as red.

Talon specific parameters:28.74*26.51*0.61

② Plague LOGO modeling details: drag in 9 cylinders and 3 cuboids. First, set the parameters of the three cylinders to 16.44*16.44*0.25 and align them to get the following figure.

Then set three of the remaining six cylinders to 12.60*12.60*0.82 and to hollow.Drag into a ring and set its parameter to 14.63*14.63*0.25.Combine a cuboid and a cylinder into the following figure.

Finally, all the parts are aligned and combined, and the assembly is set to red.

③ Personal LOGO modeling details: drag in letters and Numbers and align them, then combine, set the combination to black.

Finally, combine all parts and set color display to get the homemade LOGO of skateboard.

Step 3: Details of Skateboard Body Modeling

Components: main board, side board, screw hole

① Main board modeling details: drag in 1 cuboid and 2 domes, set the cuboid parameters to 110.00*29.65*2.79, set the parameters of 2 domes to 110.00*1.88*2.79, and finally align them together.

Specific parameters: 110.00*32.19*2.79

② Side plate modeling details: drag in 1 torus, 1 dome, 1 cylinder and 2 hemispheres.Set the parameters of the torus and dome to 32.22*11.73*2.93 and rotate 22.5° in the vertical plane, set the parameters of the cylinder to 30*2.93*2.93, set the parameters of the two hemispheres to 2.98*2.98*1.46, and finally align and combine the three parts.Set the assembly to red, and duplicate the assembly and rotate it 180° in the horizontal plane.

③ Screw hole modeling details: drag in 1 hemisphere to process it into a screw cap, drag in a screw head, align the two together, and set it to hollow .

When finished, copy it to get 8 screws and align the combination to get the following graphic group.

Finally, combine all the parts and set the assembly to red to get the following figure.

Step 4: Modeling Details of Sliding Plate Pulley

Components: axle, tire

① Axle modeling details:

Components: shaft body, shaft cap, bolt

Ⅰ. Bolt modeling details: drag in 1 cuboid and 2 wedges, align them and combine.Then set the assembly to blue to get the following figure.

Specific parameters: 0.92*0.45*3.26

Ⅱ. Axle modeling details: drag in 1 cylinder and set its parameters to 12.92*1.78*1.78.Duplicate the live bolt and set it to be hollow. Then combine the hollow bolt with the cylinder and set the assembly to be silver gray to get the following figure.

Ⅲ. Shaft cap modeling details: drag in 1 hexagon body, 6 wedge body, 1 cylinder, 1 hollow bolt and personal LOGO.Set the cylinder as hollow, align and combine the cylinder, hexagon, 6 wedge bodies, hollow bolt and personal LOGO, and set the whole assembly as blue (set the personal LOGO as white) to get the following figure.

Specific parameters: 6.12*3.00*2.94

Combine the three parts and set the color display to get the wheel shaft .

② Tire modeling details::

Specific parameters: 9.40*4.82*9.37

Components: bearing, outer tire, inner shaft

Ⅰ. Bearing modeling details: drag in 1 ring and 12 balls, align them and combine them to get 1 bearing (the ball is set as silver gray, the shaft generation is set as black), copy to get 5 bearings, then drag in 2 discs, thickness is set as 0.07.Finally, all the parts are aligned and combined, and the assembly is set to color display to obtain the following figure.

Ⅱ. Tire modeling details: drag in 1 tire model and 2 cylinders.One cylinder is set to be hollow, the other is set to be solid, two cylinders and one tire model are aligned and combined, the assembly is set to color display (the plastic tire is shown as black, the steel shaft is shown as silver gray), and the following figure is obtained.

Ⅲ. Inner axis modeling details: drag in a hollow hexagon body and a cylinder, align and combine them, set the assembly as silver gray, and get the following figure.

Finally, all the parts are aligned and combined, and the combination is set to color display to obtain the tire.

Step 5: Modeling of Pulley - Plate Body Connector Is Described in Detail

Components: connector body, connector appendage, screw hole

① Connector body modeling details: drag in 2 cylinders, 4 cuboids, 1 table body.Set 1 cylinder as hollow, align and combine the two cylinders to get the wheel shaft tube.The two cuboids were compressed and moderately elongated, and the two hollow cuboids were aligned to get the connecting piece.Finally, the axle tube, connecting plate and table body are aligned and combined, and the assembly is set as silver gray to obtain the connector body .

② Details of connector appendage modeling: drag into a cuboid, set its parameters to 27.40*11.90*1.00, and set the color to silver gray.
