Introduction: Sketchbook Guide

Want a nice, cool sketchbook like you see in those sketchbook tour videos, but don't know where to start? Look no further!

Supplies

You'll need...


  1. paper
  2. pencils/markers/pens/paints
  3. glue or tape
  4. time
  5. probably a few energy drinks

Step 1: Decorate the Cover

Use stickers, cut paper, markers, pens, and paint. Make it cute or cool, whatever represents you!

Step 2: Cut Out Older Drawings

As i'm still in school, when I get bored in lectures, I like to draw. later, I'll cut the drawings out and put them in my sketchbook. This works well!

Step 3: Add Pockets

Add cute pockets to hold stickers, notes, of just to be cute! Here I made a glitchy TV pocket.

Step 4: Add Color

Adding blocks of color behind characters or adding splotches of color is great to make things pop.

Step 5: Learn Something New!

Learn something and practice it. Here i'm learning perspective and posing. Pinterest is a great way to find references!

Step 6: Have Fun!
