Step 1: Materials

-Y shaped stick -rubber band -tape -small knife

Step 2: Cut

Mark the spot where you want the rubber band to be held and cut it to hold it.

Step 3: Tape

Tape the rubber band in place.

Step 4: Complete!

You can also use duct tape to make a pouch for ammo and tie it to the middle of the rubber band.
