Introduction: Small Portable Variable Power Supply V2

After investment in 3D printer, time has come to refresh this old design, after new tool is here. Components are same as before, its just new case.

Case dimensions are 60mm x 90mm x 32mm

Supplies

3D printer

M4x30 screws (2 pieces)

M4 nuts (2 pieces)

PLA or other prefered fillament

Step 1: Electronics Scheme

Electronics scheme can be followed in Small-Portable-Variable-Power-Supply v1

Step 2: Print Parts

Files for print available at Printables

Step 3: Mount Components on Case

Insert pins terminals in case, using soldering iron is easiest solution, nuts as well.

Other electronics can be inserted as well at this step.

Cable from dc supply should go through hole on back cover, to terminal pins which are input to buck converter.

Step 4: Result

Yes I went bit too deep with soldering iron while inserting nuts, and yes it is bit crowded inside (some heat shrink tubes are recommended on critical joins). But it works, and its much prettier than before.
