Introduction: Smart Rover

About: Working for Smart products, R & D Engineer

this is smart rover used to check any defective parts in pipes and any security purpose .

this can be controlled by smart phone using ip address.

cc3200 launchpad is used in order to reduced the components due to over weight.

Step 1: 2 OV7670 CAMERA MODULE

This camera module can perform image processing such as AWB (auto white balance), AE (automatic exposure) and AGC (automatic gain control), for the video signal coming from CMOS sensor. What’s more, in fusion of other advanced technology such as image enhancement processing under low illumination, and image noise intelligent forecast and suppress this module would output high quality digital video signals by standard CCIR656 interface. OV7670 built-in JPEG decoder supported real time encoding for collected image, and external controller can easily read the M – JPEG video streams, achieving the camera design of double stream. OV7670 supported motion detection and OSD display function of screen characters and pattern overlay, capable of self-defining detection area and sensitivity.

Step 2: 3 HALL EFFECT SENSOR

The Hall effect is the production of a voltage difference (the Hall voltage) across an electrical conductor, transverse to an electric current in the conductor and a magnetic field perpendicular to the current. It was discovered by Edwin Hall in 1879.[1]

The Hall coefficient is defined as the ratio of the induced electric field to the product of the current density and the applied magnetic field. It is a characteristic of the material from which the conductor is made, since its value depends on the type, number, and properties of the charge carriers that constitute the current

Step 3:

The high performance CC3200 is the

industry's first single-chip Microcontroller (MCU) with built-in Wi-Fi connectivity for the Launch Pad™ ecosystem. Created for the Internet of Things (IoT), the Simple Link Wi-Fi CC3200 device is a wireless MCU that integrates a high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M4 MCU allowing customers to develop an entire application with a single IC. With on-chip Wi-Fi, internet and robust security protocols, no prior Wi-Fi experience is needed for faster development. The CC3200 Launch Pad is a low-cost evaluation platform for ARM® Cortex™-M4F-based microcontrollers. The Launch Pad design highlights the CC3200 Internet-on-a-chip™ solution and Wi-Fi capabilities. The CC3200 Launch Pad also features programmable user buttons, RGB LED for custom applications and onboard emulation for debugging. The stackable headers of the CC3200 Launch Pad XL interface demonstrate how easy it is to expand the functionality of the Launch Pad when interfacing with other peripherals on many existing Booster Pack add-on boards such as graphical displays, audio codec, antenna selection, environmental sensing, and much more.

The device includes a wide variety of peripherals, including a fast parallel camera interface, I2S, SD/MMC, UART, SPI, I2C, and four-channel ADC. The CC3200 family includes flexible embedded RAM for code and data; ROM with external serial flash boot loader and peripheral drivers; and SPI flash for Wi-Fi network processor service packs, Wi-Fi certificates, and credentials.

Step 4:
