Soil Moisture / LCD Display Project

This project uses a soil moisture sensor and an LCD display to tell you if you need to water your plant or not. Attached to this step is the code that you can upload to the arduino board.

Step 1: Step 1: Arduino Board

Use the fritzing file to help wire the arduino board to the soil moisture sensor.

Step 2: Step 2: Wire Up the LCD

After you have connected the soil moisture, connect the LCD display to the arduino board, using wires, rather than directly connecting it.

Step 3: Step 3: 3D Printing

Print of the model of the box.

Step 4: Step 4: Pack It All In

Put the arduino board inside the box, leaving the battery pack and LCD display on the outside, and putting the soil moisture sensor through the box, as seen in the photos attached.
