Supplies

1. Diffused Red or Yellow LED 5mm - 4

2. Diffused White LED 5mm - 4

3. Diffused Blue LED 5mm - 4

4. 3mm X 7mm screw - 4

5. 2.7k ohm resistor - 1

6. DC Female 12v Jack - 1

7. 12v 1Amp Power Adapter - 1

8. 3mm Acrylic sheet - 145mm X 145mm - 1

9. Wire - 2 colours each of 50cm

10. Black Acrylic colour - 1

11. 3D Printed Parts

12. CNC Machine for engraving

Step 1: 3D Print the STL Files

Designed in Fusion360 Software.

Step 2: Cut and Paint the Acrylic Sheet

1. Cut the 3mm Acrylic Sheet to the size of 145mm X 145mm.

2. Use Black acrylic colour for Painting the one side of acrylic sheet.

Step 3: Engraving the Sheet

Here I am providing files.

1. Solar System Image

2. SVG Image

3. DFX Image

4. G-code

Note 1: Engrave on the side where you have painted the sheet. Don't remove the protection film on other side until you completes all things.

Note 2: If you know how to edit G-code then only use it otherwise not.

Step 4: Solder LEDs As Shown in the Figure

Note 1: Please check working voltage of your LEDs and it must be diffused LEDs. Here I am using White and Blue LEDs which works on 3 volts and Red LEDs which works on 2 volts.

1. Connect LEDs as show in figure.

2. White LEDs are in series and Parallel with other LEDs.

3. Blue LEDs are in series and Parallel with other LEDs.

4. Red LEDs are in series with 2.7k ohm resistor and Parallel with other LEDs.

Note 2: Alternate the LEDs as shown in Image ...

Blue=B and White=W.

Use this config for LEDs B-W-B-W-B-W

Step 5: Test Your LEDs

Step 6: Put the LEDs Holder in Mani Body of Lamp

Step 7: Insert the DC Female Jack to Back Lid and Solder Its Wire to LEDs

Refer the above Images.

Step 8: Insert the Acrylic Sheet to Lamp Body

Decorate as per your choice. I use beads strips on the boundary.

Now remove the protection film from Acrylic sheet.

Step 9: Insert Screw on Back Side

Close back side using 4 screws with Back Lid
