You've come home with many people for lunch and you only realize that it has 2 pieces of meat, which is not enough to feed the whole battalion that has come with you, because this is the solution, and for spicy lovers like me, this recipe will love your palate, plus it is very easy and with very few ingredients.


  • meat, the amount you have at home
  • garlic as you like
  • 1/2 onion
  • scallion
  • chili pepper as you like
  • salt
  • corn flour
  • Soy sauce (optional)


Has llegado tu casa con mucha gente a almorzar y solo te das cuenta que tiene 2 trozos de carne, que no es lo suficiente para alimentar a todo el batallón que ha venido contigo, pues esta es la solución, y para los amantes del picante como yo, esta receta amara a tu paladar, además que es muy fácil y con muy pocos ingredientes.


  • carne, la cantidad que tengas en casa
  • ajo al gusto
  • 1/2 cebolla cebollin
  • aji picante al gusto
  • sal
  • harina de maiz
  • Salsa de soya (opcional)

Step 1: Chop the Meat / Cortamos La Carne

Cut the meat into very small pieces and add salt and soy sauce to taste.

Cortamos la carne en pedazos muy pequeños y agregamos sal y salsa de soya al gusto

Step 2: Chop the Vegetables / Cortamos Los Vegetales

Cut all the vegetables into very small pieces and fry them with oil in a frying pan.


Cortamos todos los vegetales en trozos muy pequeños y sofreimos con aceite en un sarten

Step 3: Merge Vegetables and Meat / Unir Los Vegetales Y La Carne


We join the vegetables with the meat and let it cook for a while until the meat is well cooked.
add salt to taste, soy sauce (optional), and stir to bring all flavors together.

Unimos los vegetales con la carne y dejamos cocinar durante un rato hasta que la carne este bien cocida
agregamos sal al gusto , salsa de soya (opcional), y removemos para unir todos los sabores.

Step 4: Add Water / Agregar Agua

When the meat is well cooked we add water, this will serve as a base for our Engrudo, the water should cover the meat, should be at a higher level, the secret of this food is in the broth, the water should taste good, with salt and all vegetables added.


Cuando la carne este bien cocida agregamos agua, esta va a servir como base para nuestro engrudo, el agua debe tapar la carne, debe estar a un nivel superior, el secreto de esta comida esta en el caldo, el agua debe tener buen sabor, con sal y todos los vegetales agregados.

Step 5: Add Corn Flour / Añadir Harina De Maiz


Now add corn flour slowly and stir with a fork until the broth thickens (the thickness is to your liking) and ready, bon appetit!

Ahora añadimos harina de maíz lentamente y revolvemos con un tenedor hasta el caldo vaya espesando ( el espesor es a tu gusto) y listo, ¡buen provecho!
