Introduction: Spicy Omurice Recipe
(serves 1-3 serving, depending on how much you eat)
What you will need:
Ingredients:
2/3 cup of milk
Salt and pepper
Chicken stock
Butter
Heinz spicy ketchup
Produce:
2 eggs
1 stalk of spring onion
1 red bellpepper
2 white mushrooms
Basmati rice
1 pack of pre-sealed minced beef (pork or chicken works fine too, it's a preference thing)

Step 1: Prep
Prepare the chopped fresh vegetables you would like in your Omurice. In my case, I have chopped white mushrooms, spring onions and red peppers to add texture and color to the dish.

Step 2: Cook the Rice
Cook the rice in your rice cooker or pot, I added a little butter to the rice after it was done to add some flavour.
Step 3: Let the Cooking Begin
Turn in the frying pan and begin stir-frying the minced beef with salt and pepper then throw in the chopped vegetables and allow to let the natural meat juice season the vegetables. Toss in the spring onions last
Step 4: Season the Rice
Season the rice with spicy ketchup and some chicken stock powder (optional)
Step 5: Prepare the Covering
Make yourself a delicious looking omelette. I put a little milk into my egg batter and whisked till it was fluffy
Step 6: And Finally
Stuff the rice on one side of the omelette and fold the other half over. Proceed to spreading spicy ketchup over it in a zig-zag style (or whatever you want)
