Spiderman Web Pack

everyone, today I am going to show you guys how I made this Spiderman web backpack. I want to apologize in advance for the low-quality pictures, I made this 3 years ago and didn’t really have a high-quality camera back then. I hope this will help you guys.

Step 1: Step One: the Basket

I started out with buying this hanging plant basket for 2 euro's, sanded it and spray painted it white.

Step 2: Step Two: Sewing It on

I then used stretchy fabric I got from a t-shirt and attached it to the basket. I hand sewed the shirt to all the connecting points in the basket.

Step 3: Step Three: Making the Webs

*I used tin foil but this was a big mistake, so I do recommend baking paper or something that doesn’t stick to the hot glue.

I put down some tin foil and used my hot glue gun to make a web pattern. I did this by squishing the button lightly and creating strings. I let it dry and peeled it off the tin foil. (it took me 4 hours to peel it off so please do as I say not as I do)

Step 4: Step Four: Making the Web Pack

I put the hot glue web pattern over the basket and glued it down on the metal bits (not the fabric) with some more hot glue. You probably need to cut some stuff to make it fit on the basket. after that, you can spray paint the webs white

Step 5: Step Five: Straps

Then I made the straps, I used 3 pieces of rope that fit over my arm, covered it in hot glue and used yarn to make it look like web strings. I covered it with white paint and left it to dry, after that, I put some felt under the straps so it wouldn’t damage my suit.

Step 6: Step Six: Attaching the Straps

After that I sewed the straps in the basked at the top and covered with hot glue and did the same thing for the bottom straps. I also put some more glue strings over the straps to blend them in.

Step 7: Step Seven: Done
