Introduction: Squirrel Shaped Maze
this is a Squirrel shaped maze, I saw the image on the internet, and think it's quite interesting, so I was wondering if I can make one similar, through few times adjust and test, I made it.
Supplies
- this gold 3018 plus 2.0 CNC router
- a 10*10 Acrylic board
- 500W spindle
Step 1: Adjust the Postion
set up the position of acrylic board and make sure the milling area is in this board.
Step 2: Setting the Origin
Set the origin point (also known as the zero point) on the CNC router. This is the point from where the machine starts the milling process.
Step 3: Loading the G-Code
Load the G-Code file into the CNC router's control software.
Step 4: Running a Test
Before starting the actual milling process, it's a good idea to run a test. This will help to ensure that the machine is working correctly and the design is aligned properly.
Step 5: Milling the Maze
Start the spindle and initiate the milling process from the control software. Monitor the process to ensure everything is going as planned.
Step 6: Finishing
Once the milling process is complete, turn off the spindle and remove the acrylic board from the machine. Clean the maze with a brush to remove any debris.
