Introduction: Star Trek Enterprise Christmas Wreath
Make Trek, Not Wars.
Step 1: Prepare the Wreath
I bought this wreath and twigs fromTarget, $10 total.
Use the wreath as primary hull, bend twigs into warp engines and secondary hull shape.
Step 2: Build the Outline of Enterprise
Band the ship parts with wire, make sure it's solid. I used a stick to combine them.
Tie some ribbon at the end of the warp engines.
Step 3: Clay Work
Make crew and charms with oven-bake clay, I like the hand-made rough style.
(I really like Quark's jacket i Made :)
I used the Trek Starfleet Silicone Ice Cube Tray and Vulcan Salute Cookie Cutter
Step 4: Put Hangers in
Insert hangers into crew's heads.
For the red shirt, I put the hanger into his ear to make it tilt.
Step 5: Bake and Paint
Follow the instructions to bake the clay.
Draw the faces out.
(Sorry Data i did'n mean to make you so creepy...)
I didn't have metallic clay, so i paint the badges with metallic makers.
Step 6: Make a Top Bow
Make a big bow. Glue on the badge.
Step 7: Tribbles Alart!
Use Faux fur to make some tribbles.
I forget to take picture of the process of tribbles. But don't worry, they are good at reproducing, they will reach you soon.
Step 8: Assemble
Now it's time to hang them one the wreath.
wrap some wire loosely around the characters to make the transporter effect.
Step 9: Make It So!
Hang it on you front door and enjoy your Christmas with Trekkies and Trekkers!
