I saw how to do this on a forum and decided to share it because it was a really good idea because it saves space in your rucksack.
1. Roll the poncho about the same size as the space between the hipbelt and the frame.4
2. Obtain something to secure it with. I had a short section of webbing with a quick release buckle, so thats what I used. You can use just about anything.
3. Put it in the space and strap it down.
