Introduction: Steak Sandwich
I will take you step by step to make a steak sandwich.
Step 1: Ingredients
- Angus New York strip
- lettuce
- loft of French bread
- oranges/orange juice
- papaya
- olive oil
- rosemary
- butter
- mushroom
- onions
- Kobalt and monetary jack cheese
- Tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
Step 2: Season the Steak
I seasoned the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
Step 3: Marinate the Steak
I then marinated the steak with orange juiced and sliced papaya on top, and let it set in the refrigerator for about 12 hours.
Step 4: Shred the Cheese
I then shredded the cheese with a cheese grinder
Step 5:
I then sliced the tomatoes, cooked the mushrooms and cooked the onions until caramelized.
Step 6: Cooking the Steak
I then cooked the steak for about 3 minutes on each side until it was around medium rare.
Step 7: Cutting the Steak and Toasting the Bread
I then sliced the steak and toasted the bread with the shredded cheese on top.
Step 8:
Then I took the bread out and started to add lettuce.
